One Hot Martini

I have been in the mood to experiment with my photography lately and have been inspired by some work I have seen online.  Yesterday, I got some pretty neat shots using ….fire…..and nearly burning off my hand.  It was all in the name of art, however, which made it totally worth it of course.  I also made a mess with cork splashing, but got some really neat results out of it.

My set-up consisted of 1 gelled strobe (sb-800) as a back light and tin foil as a reflector in the front right of the camera.  I am attempting to think of some more pyro-type photography ideas for the near future.  🙂
